It is since the beginning of the 1900s, when our great-grandfather Salvatore began to lead an olive grove in the countryside between Andria and Cerignola, that our family has dedicated itself to the cultivation and processing of the fruits of a land that is both demanding and generous, hard and naive. In short, a passion. Salvatore, called his olives golden bells. From those golden bells our oil from native cultivars: the robust Coratina, the precious Peranzana and the delicate Ogliarola that bears its destiny in its name.
Today, our family is our company. We are brothers Nicola, Riccardo and Gianfranco, our parents Maria and Salvatore (nephew of that Salvatore), our uncles Nunzia and Sabino, and our indispensable, indispensable grandmother Grazia, with her historical memory and her natural know-how.
Fromextra virgin olive oil to tomato processing, from table olives to in oil we have opened ourselves over the years to new products, to new challenges, guided by a strong sense of tradition – safeguarded by the presence of grandmother Grazia – and by a desire to innovate, in recipes and compositions, while maintaining three fixed principles: the absolute quality of the raw materials, their seasonality and the simplicity of the recipes.
Each of our products has a simple story to tell. From seed to fruit, from pruning to fertilization, from the choice of fields to harvesting to processing, we work to keep its natural flavor intact to give you a taste of this happy land, Puglia, with every taste: a grace received.
